Get the benefits of the double ball, but now in a lighter form, which is great for both beginners and advanced pitchers alike. The lighter weight makes it easier for younger pitchers to handle while learning proper spin, while the light weight is also very sensitive to any incorrect movement in an advanced pitcher's fingers on her movement pitches. 

Wait until you try to spin and pitch your movement pitches with the double ball!  Go through each pitch and keep the top ball spinning smoothly with no wobble.  Definitely challenging! 

If your pitcher can create the correct spin with the double ball, she's more likely to be able to do it in the actual pitch.  We must train our fingers to create correct spins!!!  I use the double ball with each pitch on the advanced DVD.
