Spin, spin, spin. We must teach spin! Think the Spin Right Spinner is tough? Wait until you try to spin and pitch your movement pitches with the double ball! Go through each pitch and keep the top ball spinning smoothly with no wobble. Definitely challenging!
If your pitcher can create the correct spin with the double ball, she's more likely to be able to do it in the actual pitch. We must train our fingers to create correct spins!!! I use the double ball with each pitch on the advanced DVD.
