The 14” is intended for improving spin and enhancing grip. We highly recommend using the 14” as your first warm-up tool every practice overhand and underhand. We love to use it with our pitchers who are transitioning from the 11" to the 12" ball. It is one of our top 3 best spin tools for ALL spin pitches.
